Talent Talks was created from my personal dream to establish an educating and entertaining talent portal to acknowledge South African talent and success stories and to connect people at every level around the talent topic.

Carol has nineteen years’ experience as a professional writer, editor and case study writer. Her writing experience includes a stint as the resident Case Study Writer at the Wits Business School.
Kerryn Kohl is the CEO of The Coaching House ~ Talent Cultivation. Kerryn has a passion for Learning believing that it underlies any transformation or change that we wish to make. From this vantage point learning is seen as the not only the springboard to any culture Transformation but it’s foundational driving force.
Lita Currie has over 20 years’ experience in learning and development, with expertise in management and leadership. She has trained and consulted in Africa, the UK and north America and has been instrumental in designing and implementing global development programmes across a variety of disciplines, in particular Human Resources, Finance and Corporate Affairs. She is an expert in visual learning and performance management, using graphic facilitation to ensure that the learning is effective.
Gaylin has a unique focus to her work: she assists individuals and organisations to positively disrupt their own futures. She founded and runs 33 Emeralds, a niche consultancy with a team of associates who have a common commitment – to craft better work so that we are excited, energized and make an impact, in whatever work we do.
Camilla was employed for 13 years by PwC as their National Recruitment Manager. Since then she has worked for SAGEA on a freelance basis as a Project Manager. She has also put together and run a SAGEA training course on “The Fundamentals of Graduate Recruitment” and is a firm believer in the value of organisations growing their own talent.

Ursula is a talent management solution architect. She has a special interest in entry level talent. She established the Deloitte Graduate Academy in 2005 where to date close to 500 graduates have been certified against the Business Consulting ERP NQF 5c certificate.
