Prof Shirley Zinn is currently the Group Head of Human Resources at Woolworths Holdings Limited. Prior to this, she was the Head of Human Resources of Standard Bank South Africa and Deputy Global Head of Human Resources for the Standard Bank Group. She also registered her own company: Shirley Zinn Consulting that provides consulting and advisory services in HR, Transformation, Leadership and Education.
Megan founded Ixio Analytics in 2012 after seeing a need for strong, data-led modelling and analytics in business. As Chief Scientist at Ixio Analytics, Megan leads Ixio's advanced modelling programs and coordinates the technical requirements for our clients. Oil field engineer turned banker turned writer, EKOW DUKER grew up in Ghana and studied in the UK, the US and France. He works in data analytics and was previously the Chief Analytics Officer for the Retail and Business Bank, Barclays Africa where he was responsible for harmonising and repurposing the bank’s Management Information and Analytics functions.
Justin works as a Learning and Development Programme Manager and has spent the last 10 years in the corporate world of L&D. He holds an Honours Degree in Organisational Psychology from UCT, and is also a qualified Integral Coach (ACC). He has a passion for how people identify and develop their talents, and is particularly interested in leadership development.
