Camilla was employed for 13 years by PwC as their National Recruitment Manager. She left PwC at the end of 2008 to pursue a quieter life in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands and has, since then, worked for SAGEA as a Project Manager. In this role she has researched and written numerous articles on topics that are of relevance to graduate recruitment, employment and talent development. She has also put together and run a SAGEA training course on “The Fundamentals of Graduate Recruitment” and is a firm believer in the value of organisations growing their own talent. Camilla juggles her time between her two daughters and working on SAGEA projects. She enjoys walks and cycling among the green hills of the Midlands and spins regularly to keep fit.
