Talenttalks Africa hosts Employee Experience and Diversity Inclusion & Belonging events

We are excited to announce that Talenttalks Africa will be hosting the Employee Experience and Diversity Inclusion & Belonging events at the HR Summit, Leaderex 2019, on 4th September 2019 at the Sandton Convention Centre.

Registration is free if you register online before the event. To view the full agenda, meet our speakers and to register, www.hrsummit.co.za, using the invitation code, TalentTalks.

Employee Experience is one of the unique spaces in the talent landscape where Talenttalks, www.talenttalks.net, is making a difference. We have partnered with Adcorp, Alexander Forbes and LRMG and invited thought leaders and role players to create dynamic, interactive sessions. The focus will be on the impact of leadership in sustaining a consistent employee experience, what we can learn from the employee experience and building an inclusive employee experience.

We are proud to introduce Dr Martin Kalungu-Banda, our opening keynote speaker, who will present “Co-creating the future of work through presencing”. You may meet Martin in conversation with Egbe Adeoye on #TTA Radio . Martin is an original, in the best sense. Fully present and at the same time deeply in tune with what’s emerging, Martin has intense qualities of depth and lightness that make him quite remarkable to engage with. Author, master facilitator, global change maker, host of Ubuntu.Lab, a passionate believer in humanity and lover of Africa.

Check the agenda and plan your day. We look forward to you joining us!

You’re invited to join us for a special Pre-HR Summit Workshop Breakfast Workshop at the Balalaika Hotel from 07h00 to 10h00 on 4th September.  Using Presencing skills Martin Kalungu-Banda will facilitate new thinking and innovation around the employee experience in Africa. Sustaining a consistent employee experience across Africa.  Myth or Reality?
